As US Creative Lead for Hogan Lovells, a global law firm with 2,300+ lawyers across 40+ offices, responsibilities included overseeing all US design projects, training the marketing team in design standards, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Freelancers and agencies were managed in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer to achieve branding excellence. Key achievements included leading the implementation and rollout of new global brand standards across diverse touchpoints and overseeing all external and internal communications, from digital campaigns and collateral to ads and event design.
